Returns

We do not accept returns 

Since each and every piece is handmade and we do not re-sell any thing to preserve authenticity of each piece being handmade, once the item have been sold and shipped out it belongs to the purchaser. Please understand each item takes days and made with much care for each person and also made with hair and once hair has been sent out not only for authenticity purposes but also sanitary purposes we do not accept returns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item or if the packaging is damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please make sure to email cosmixhairhm@gmail.com and we will get back with you within 24-48 hours  


Exceptions / non-returnable items


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds

Full refund willl only be available if your order is canceled within 24 hours of the purchase being made

Partial Refund will be issued if the order is canceled after the item after the 24 hours grace period. The refund amount will be based upon these determining factors: (the amount of days after the purchase was made since each piece will already been in the process of being made, 

30% refund will be issued if order is canceled when the order is ready to ship, 60% refund will be issued if order is cancelled during processing where 24hr grace period has passed but order is not yet ready to ship.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
